Coaching: improving results in your own life

Coaching is an effective form of personal guidance. The coachee learns, and the coach supports this learning process. The purpose of coaching is to increase your personal effectiveness, beyond the level you have become used to.

During the intake interview, we jointly examine whether coaching can provide the answer to your question.
You and the coach get to know each other during this initial interview. You share your expectations and explore your ‘coaching question’. The coach also explains the process during this interview, after which you can decide whether you want to do the coaching programme.
During the coaching period, you will work on your attitude, habits and skills by practising in real-life (your life) situations. Everything you do will be relevant to your definition of success.

The coach will help you internalise methods and teach you how to put advice into practice. And you will celebrate the successes together.
All efforts are focused on achieving practical results in your life.
A personal coaching programme lasts 6 to 8 weeks.
