Working at Leapworks
Leapworks is a small creative marketing agency based in the heart of Amsterdam. They help international brands communicate more clearly, consistently, and effectively, through anything from presentations and campaigns to websites and user research. You’ll join a young, creative team that values freedom, trust, and good design. Bonus: expect the occasional team trip to Dutch Design Week or client meeting in Copenhagen!
What you will be doing as Marketing Design Support
You’ll support the team, or sometimes the client directly, by creating visual content that looks sharp and gets the message across. You’ll take initiative, work independently, and contribute your own ideas.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Designing sales and marketing presentations;
- Creating visuals and infographics;
- Editing short videos;
- Designing and delivering digital assets (e.g. for web or social media);
- Helping run online user tests.
These are the working hours:
- 16 hours/ flexible, 1–2 days per week
What you bring to the table
You don’t need to be an expert (yet), but you’re proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid to dive in.
- You’ve worked with tools like InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or Figma (a pré if you own one of these programmes on your laptop);
- You are experienced in Powerpoint;
- You’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait around for instructions;
- You have a portfolio (small is fine!) and your own laptop.
What Leapworks offers
You can start as per the start of 2026 or in December 2025 as Marketing Design Support for about 16 hours per week. The hours will be flexible and workin from home is optional.
