What will you do as host/hostess
Your mission? Make sure everyone in the office feels welcome and cared for. That starts with a well-prepared lunch table and ends with a clean kitchen. You’ll have plenty of freedom and work independently, but you’re never alone: your supervisor is there for planning, support, and consultation.
Your tasks will include:
- Preparing lunch, clearing up, and keeping the work café spotless;
- Setting up meeting rooms and tidying them after use;
- Contributing to a pleasant office atmosphere by being hospitable and engaging with colleagues and clients;
- Refilling coffee machines, fridges, and stock as needed;
- Running dishwashers, checking groceries, and making small purchases;
- Keeping the pantry, bins, and common areas neat and tidy.
What you bring
You’re social, independent, and proactive. Your work directly contributes to a positive office atmosphere, and colleagues appreciate that. You take responsibility, value hygiene, and enjoy an active workday where you’re constantly on the move.
- You work independently, spot what needs doing, and love structure and cleanliness;
- You’re social, hospitable, and energised by interacting with others;
- You’re physically fit and comfortable walking and standing during your shift;
- You’re available about 15 hours per week, spread over Monday, Tuesday and Thursaday from 9:30 to 14:00. If you like, you additionally can work on the Wednesday.
What the lawfirm offers
You can start immediately as a host/hostess for 15 - 20 hours per week on a permanent basis. You’ll join a committed and professional work environment with room for your personal development. You’ll be employed directly by the firm, and together you’ll agree on a suitable salary based on your background and experience.
You can also count on:
- A gross monthly salary between €2,400 and €3,200, depending on your experience;
- Travel and home-working allowance;
