Working at Credit Europe Bank
Credit Europe Bank is an international bank having its headquarters in Amsterdam. They focus on both private and business clients. You will support Credit Europe Bank’s compliance department. You’ll work alongside experts who know everything about compliance, and you will bring your data expertise to the table. You’ll support the department for two days a week. Additionally, you will receive a thorough onboarding to ensure you can work confidently!
What will you do as a working student in Data Visualization?
Within the compliance department, there is a growing need for reliable, visually strong reports for, among others, the Managing Board. Currently, data is not visually available and has to be created manually when needed. There is a need for standardized reports where new data can be uploaded continuously. You will work on this with the guidance of your colleagues, and the output will ultimately be presented to the Supervisory Board. Quality and clarity are key!
In concrete terms, you will:
- Analyze and interpret different types of data. You are able to identify correlations between the files;
- Create visuals that go beyond just text. Think of graphs, figures, infographics, etc.
- Automate processes where possible.
What do you need for this position?
You enjoy working independently, are analytically strong, and know how to bring data to life in a clear visualization. You are currently pursuing a university degree in data science, econometrics, business intelligence, or a related field. You have an affinity with data and experience in visually presenting complex information.
Additionally:
- You have experience with data visualization, for example, in a study context. Experience with Power BI is a plus;
- You’re excited to dive into the world of data at an international organization like Credit Europe Bank and eager to gain valuable hands-on experience that will shape your career!
What Credit Europe Bank offers
You are available immediately for two days per week, for a period of 1 to 3 months. How long you stay will depend on how quickly you pick up and deliver the work. You will be compensated based on your knowledge and experience, and your hourly wage will be discussed in consultation with you.
