Working at GoPhoto

GoPhoto is an innovative startup specializing in interactive photo experiences. They design, produce, and install high-tech hardware for major exhibitions and events, such as Harry Potter and Jurassic World. Everything, from production to installation, is managed in-house. The Amsterdam-based team of 13 colleagues fosters an open, welcoming atmosphere where new members feel right at home. Plus, the daily team lunch is on them!

What will you do as a Working Student Supply Chain?

In this role, you’ll be directly involved in the production process of GoPhoto’s cutting-edge machines. From assembling cameras and installing software to carefully packing systems for transport, your contribution is key. Alongside the hands-on work, you’ll gain analytical skills by working with ERP systems like Exact and Project management software like Monday.com, learning about inventory management, purchase orders, and production planning.


Here's what your tasks will look like:

  • Assembling, testing, and packing hardware;
  • Install and test software;
  • working with the ERP system Exact to manage supply chain processes;
  • Working with Monday.com to oversee all tasks for multiple projects;
  • Assist with dispatching, tracking, and delivering orders;
  • Assisting with placing Purchase orders;
  • Driving a van once a month to the A'dam Tower (driver's license type B is required).

What do you bring to the table

You are in the final year of your bachelor’s degree or the first year of your master’s, ideally in Supply Chain Management & Logistics.


Further:

  • You have strong analytical skills and work with precision;
  • You’re practical, eager to learn, and quick to adapt to new systems and processes;
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • You hold a valid driver’s license, as occasional driving will be part of your role.

For this part-time role, you'll be contributing to their fast-growing startup for 16 hours per week, divided into two full working days. These days can be scheduled on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, giving you the flexibility to balance work and your study. This role is for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of an extension.

  • A gross hourly wage of €14-€15, depending on your experience;
