What will you do as a learning & development support?
In this role, you’ll be the right hand of the Global Learning & Development Manager, Federica, playing a key role in managing and maintaining the learning platform Cornerstone. You will work independently under her guidance. It’s a real fun position where, among other things, you will be developing the content calendar together with Federica, you will be listening to courses and video podcasts, selecting the most relevant ones for the company’s needs while bringing creative ideas on how to better engage employees with the content and so on!
To give you a clearer picture of the role, your main tasks will include:
- LMS Management: Enable the use of Cornerstone Learning features(uploading materials, creating learning paths, managing certificates)
- Â Content Management: Assist in developing and managing the content calendar on the platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and initiatives from other departments. Select and regularly promote relevant content to keep the company engaged and informed.
- Content Development: Support the creation and preparation of learning materials, presentations, and e-learning resources using tools like Articulate 360, while also conducting research to identify new trends and tools that can enhance learning and development strategies.
- Data and Reporting: Ensure accurate data collection from key stakeholders, prepare summary reports, and assist with basic data reporting within Cornerstone.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth training delivery, including setting up external vendor events within Cornerstone and sharing necessary materials.

Futher, you have/are:
- A degree or experience in Organizational Psychology, HR, Education, or related fields.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; experience with Cornerstone Learning and Articulate 360 is a plus. Willingness to learn new systems and tools.
- A solid understanding of learning & development principles and genuinely care about helping others grow professionally.
- Fluent in English.

Working at Top Employers Institute means being part of an organization that values its employees as much as its mission. You will receive an hourly rate between €15 and €17 per hour, based on your experience, with plenty of opportunities for professional growth. This is initially a 6-month contract for 24-30 hours per week, with the possibility of extending for an additional 6 months.The role is hybrid, offering flexibility to work remotely while also connecting with colleagues at the Amsterdam office.
