What you will be doing as Internal Comms specialist?
As the internal communications specialist, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a cohesive corporate culture and engaging employees across the organization. From crafting impactful content to managing communication channels, you’ll ensure the organization’s messages align with its goals and values.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Create visually compelling newsletters, presentations, and banners using Adobe InDesign, Sharepoint and PowerPoint;
- Coordinate quarterly newsletters, gathering input from various departments like Finance, Marketing, and HR, and turning it into engaging content;
- Manage internal communication channels, including Teams and SharePoint, and support the implementation of a new intranet system;
- Design SharePoint templates for global clusters and optimize existing internal communication toolsl
- Support company-wide meetings, such as "All hearts meetings" and "All heads meetings," by creating branded presentations and advising leadership on content.

Are you ready to make an impact? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- You are either pursuing a degree or have recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, and you are fluent in English;
- You have experience with Adobe InDesign and advanced PowerPoint skills, including animation and presentation design;
- You are a proactive self-starter who thrives in diverse, fast-paced environments and communicates effectively with various stakeholders.

Working at Top Employers Institute means being part of an organization that values its employees as much as its mission. You will receive an hourly rate between €15 and €16 per hour, based on your experience, with plenty of opportunities for professional growth. This is initially a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension, for 24-32 hours per week. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility to work remotely while also connecting with colleagues at the Amsterdam office.
