Junior Developer (16 hours a week)
Where do you work as a Junior Developer?
The company helps their clients with a platform in which very flexible e-learning applications can be built. The extensive toolbox gives the freedom to implement all wishes in terms of structure, work forms and design. In this way they offer their clients the freedom to create groundbreaking and distinctive e-learning. The team you end up with consists of 4 people. The amount of work strongly depends on the projects they receive. Will you join the team and become their ‘flying keep’? Are you good with Front-end programming? Then this is the place for you!
What will you do as a Junior Developer?
The company needs support in the field of Front-end Development. The code behind the end product is always the same. The end product has a beautiful design and this is what makes the company unique. They try to build their learning modules so that it works like a game. And maybe even as addictive as a game, so that users actually learn more! There is room for guidance, but it is the intention that you are self-reliant. In addition, you will also have contact with the end user and it is useful when you have experience with customer contact. However, you can also learn this skill while working.
What is the ideal profile of a Junior Developer?
They are looking for a candidate with knowledge in Java and / or CSS. You will focus on Front-end. It is important that you have a creative and solution-oriented way of working. You also have the following skills:
- Experience with Object Oriented Programming (hard requirement);
- Experience with PHP, SQL and haXe is a plus.
Classification and period
They are looking for a candidate who is available around 16 hours a week for a period of at least half a year. The working days and times can be arranged flexibly. Your gross hourly wage will be between € 14 and € 15. This is excluding 22% of reservations that you build up on top of your gross hourly wage if you work via StudiJob. You are also eligible for free training, workshops and coaching via StudiJob.
